Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: To provide wholesale pricing and free international shipping, our minimum order value is $500 CAD.

A: Yes. Our pricing is "all-inclusive," meaning the price you see for each product includes both the product cost and the shipping cost. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout for orders over $500 CAD.
Q: Can I cancel my order after payment?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been shipped. Please note that for Credit Card or PayPal payments, a 3% cancellation fee applies to cover non-refundable transaction processing costs.
Q: Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped directly from our primary warehouse in China. This allows us to offer the newest designs and the most competitive pricing by reducing more warehousing and handling.
Q: How long does delivery take?
We offer two main shipping methods: Air Freight: Approximately 14 days to your door. Ocean EMS Freight: Approximately 45-90 days (ideal for high-volume orders).
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed (usually within 1-5 business days), we will email you a tracking number along with photos of your actual packages so you can see exactly what is arriving.
Q: Will I have to pay import duties or taxes?
While import duties are the responsibility of the recipient, our experience over the past several years shows that our clients consistently avoid these fees. This is due to our specialized packing methods, where we use individual boxes with dimensions under 70cm*70cm*70cm to facilitate smoother customs clearance.
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept return requests within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please email customer.tkmbeautysupply@hotmail.com with photos of the items to begin the process.
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
We take great care in our packaging (and send you photos before shipping!), but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with clear photos of the damage. We will issue a replacement or store credit upon approval.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If you choose to return or exchange an item for reasons other than a quality defect, the customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs. Orders will be returned to our office in Vancouver Canada.
