We proudly offer Free Shipping on all wholesale orders to Canada, the United States, and Europe. Minimum Order Value: $500 CAD. Shipping Cost: $0 (All shipping fees are included in our product pricing once the minimum order is met).
Processing Time: Confirmed orders are typically processed and packed within 1-5 business days.
Transparency: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing package photos and a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
We offer two primary shipping methods to balance speed and volume: Air Freight: Approximately 14 days to your destination. Ocean EMS Freight: Approximately 45-90 days to your destination.
While international shipments are technically subject to import duties and taxes as determined by the destination country's customs authority, our specialized packaging serves to minimize these costs.
Note: Based on our extensive shipping experience over the past years, our clients have consistently avoided import duties. This is because our products are strategically packed in individual boxes with dimensions under 70cm*70cm*70cm, which typically facilitates smoother customs clearance. However, any local fees remains the responsibility of the recipient.

RTimeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
How to Apply: Please email customer.tkmbeautysupply@hotmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos for review.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products showing signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.
Cancellation Window: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of payment, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Transaction Fees: For orders paid via Credit Card or PayPal, a 3% cancellation fee applies to all refunds. This fee covers the non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processors.
Return Approval: All returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Resolution: Upon inspection and approval of the returned goods, we will issue either a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
